1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a KaamWala account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use KaamWala.
2. What KaamWala Does
KaamWala is a free invoice and business profile tool for freelancers and small businesses in Pakistan. You can:
- Create and save invoices with your business details.
- Add products and services with rates.
- Generate PDF invoices and share them via WhatsApp, email, or print.
- Sync your data across devices via your account.
- Upgrade to Premium for unlimited invoices and no watermark.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure.
- All activity that happens under your account.
- Providing accurate information when creating invoices (e.g., tax numbers, license numbers).
Do not share your account with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us.

Free plan limits are for preventing abuse. We may adjust limits in the future, but will notify you in the app.
5. Payment Terms
Premium plans are priced in Pakistani Rupees:
- Monthly: Rs 499 per month.
- Yearly: Rs 3,999 per year (33% savings).
Payment is collected manually:
- You send the amount to our published Easypaisa or Raast account.
- You share the payment screenshot with us via WhatsApp.
- We verify and activate Premium on your account, usually within 24 hours.
6. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with Premium within 7 days of activation, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use KaamWala to create fake, fraudulent, or illegal invoices.
- Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your business.
- Attempt to break, hack, or overload our systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape or mass-create accounts.
- Upload viruses, illegal content, or anything that violates Pakistani law.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules without notice.
8. Your Content
You own all the data you enter into KaamWala — your business details, invoices, client information, and logos. We only store it to provide the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
KaamWala's code, design, and branding are our property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission. Open-source libraries used by KaamWala belong to their respective authors under their own licenses.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep KaamWala online 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may go down for maintenance or due to issues with our hosting providers (GitHub Pages, Firebase). We are not responsible for any losses caused by downtime.
11. Limitation of Liability
KaamWala is provided "as is." We are not responsible for:
- Loss of data (please keep your own backups of important invoices).
- Business decisions you make based on invoices created in the app.
- Disputes between you and your clients.
- Tax, legal, or accounting compliance — you are responsible for following Pakistani laws.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.
12. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We can also terminate accounts that violate these terms. When an account is deleted, associated data is removed within 7 days.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of KaamWala means you accept the new terms.
